February 26th: Title: Introduction to Ebay Buying and Selling: (Part 1) An overview of Ebay’s workings and your interaction between buyers, sellers and Ebay customer support. You will learn to navigate the Ebay website and the requirements and knowledge necessary to buy and sell. Attendees must have a good grasp of the desktop computer and understanding of the internet and websites. This overview will be followed up next month with "Buying and Selling on Ebay" after which time successful completion of both classes will have you ready to buy and sell on Ebay in Part 2.
March 26th: Title: Buying and Selling on Ebay: (Part 2) In Part 2, Each attendee will setup their Ebay and Paypal accounts and will be ready to buy and sell on Ebay. We’ll cover dealing with buyer and seller issues and how Ebay's customer service representatives assist with disagreements as well as providing support for new Ebay members. Students may make their first Ebay purchase in class if desired. Attendees must have attended last month's "Introduction to Ebay Buying and Selling" and must be have a good working knowledge of a personal computer.
