On Monday, Aug 5, 2024, the Bristol Water and Sewer Department will continue flushing hydrants in the following areas:
Duncan St, O'Sullivan Dr, Pheasant Run Rd, Kozani St, Beths Ave, Anthony Dr, Vera Rd, Mt View Ave, Elizabeth Rd and the surrounding area
We will flush hydrants on these streets and the adjacent areas starting at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m., to allow customers to run their cold water until it runs clear. Low pressure and discolored water is to be expected during flushing and for short periods afterwards. We recommend you refrain from washing clothes during this period. You should run an outside faucet or the cold water in your bathtub until the water runs clear.
