- At 4:45 p.m., To remove Secs. 15-80 through 15-99 regarding Article IV. Areas Prohibited to Child Sex Offenders.
- At 4:55 p.m., To create Secs. 12-180 through 12-189. Article XII. Fair Rent Commission.
