On Thursday, March 7, 2024, the Bristol Water and Sewer Department will be performing a flow test on Mix Street at 10:00 am. This flow test will take approximately 15 minutes. Lynn Road, Missal Avenue, Collier Avenue, John Avenue, Louisiana Avenue, Barbara Road, Coventry Road, Vance Road, and the surrounding area may be affected by discolored water. Low pressure and discolored water is to be expected during the flow test and for short periods afterwards. We recommend you refrain from washing clothes during this period. You should run an outside faucet or the cold water in your bathtub until the water runs clear.
