On Friday June 1, 2018, a solemn ceremony was held outside headquarters for the three Bristol officers killed in the line of duty. The officers, James McNamee, James Burns and Ernest Schilke were honored for making the ultimate sacrifice while serving their community. The ceremony included a performance of the Honor Guard, a prayer for police and a moment of silence for all first responders who have died on duty. May your souls rest in eternal peace.
