City Hall Closed to Public Effective Immediately

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, City Hall has been temporarily closed to the public to reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus.

For individuals needing to do business with the City, kindly click here: DEPARTMENTS and review individual departmental information or contact via telephone. Many of our services are available online. To view each department’s online services, click here.

You can schedule all of our services either online with our digital submission forms, or by phone. 

ALL CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CONVENIENCE FEES WILL BE WAIVED FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS AT THIS TIME. You may also mail a check to pay for any of our services (checks written to The City of Bristol, envelopes addressed to Public Works Department 111 North Main Street Bristol, CT 06010. We require a Digital application for Yard Waste. Please include a note with your contact info (name, address, phone number, email) and the service you are paying for). 

The Transfer Station is still operating under normal hours.
