Service Line Inventory

In 2021, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) revised the Lead and Copper Rule requiring all water utilities to prepare an inventory of the service pipes to all properties indicating the type of material and if a Lead Service Line (LSL) existed. The inventory is required to be submitted to the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health no later than October 16, 2024 and water systems serving populations over 50,000 residents are required to make the inventory available to residents on their website.

We have prepared an interactive map so our residents can easily search their property to determine the service material supplying their property. All information was collected from our detailed service records and we are pleased to report that we did not find any records indicating the presence of any Lead Service Lines per the EPA Lead and Copper Rule requirements.

To access the INTERACTIVE MAP, please click on the link and type your address in the search engine including City and State. Once you find your property on the map, click on the Circle Icon to bring up a detailed report of the water service material to the property.
